Telephone Orders
Telephone orders are accepted between the hours of 8:00 AM
and 5:00 PM EST, Monday thru Friday. The telephone number is
1-800-950-3227. The method of payment for telephone orders is VISA,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover or NET 30 day terms for approved
accounts. To complete a credit application for NET 30 day terms,
please download our credit
application and fax it back to us at 330-273-0697. If you
are an Ohio Company (or are ordering product to be
delivered to an Ohio address), please download, complete
and fax the Tax Exempt
Certificate if you DO NOT wish us to charge you the
appropriate Sales Taxes.
The method of shipping is based on the customer's
preferred method and also the overall weight of the shipment.
Customers can choose having the prepaid freight charges added to their bill,
or use collect accounts through UPS, FedEx or DHL. Items that are too
heavy for UPS, FedEx or DHL will be routed via LTL and these amounts can
either be prepaid and add, or freight collect. All shipments are FOB
shipping point unless otherwise stated by Dynamic Bar Code Systems, Inc.
Fax or Email Orders
Fax and Email orders are accepted 24 hours, 7 days a week.
The fax number for orders is 330-273-0697. The email address for
orders is sales@dynamicbarcode.com.
The method of payment for fax orders is VISA, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover or NET 30 day terms for approved accounts. We do not
recommend emailing credit card information since this is not a secure method
of sending credit card information. To complete a credit application
for NET 30 day terms, please download our

(or are ordering product to be delivered to an Ohio address),
please download, complete and fax the

added to your total based on the UPS shipping charts. Not all UPS
services are available. If you are an Ohio Company
(or are ordering product to be delivered to an Ohio address),
Sales Tax will automatically be charged. If you are tax exempt, please
download, complete and fax the
Tax Exempt Certificate if
you DO NOT wish us to charge you the appropriate Sales
Taxes on the completed transaction
