Returns Policy
Defective Items
There
are no restocking charges on products that are found to be defective.
If a
product is returned as defective and found not to be, it may be subject to a restocking charge.
All
claims and requests for defective returns must be made within 30 days from the date of the
invoice issued by Dynamic Bar Code Systems.
Thermal Print Heads:
If a thermal print head is thought to be
defective, we will submit the print head to the manufacturer for further
evaluation. If a print head is required during the evaluation period,
a new print head must be purchased. If the returned print head is
found to be defective, a credit will be issued, less freight charges, and
the replacement print head from the manufacturer will become the property of
Dynamic Bar Code Systems, Inc.
Incorrectly Ordered Items
Original
shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are
responsible for all shipping charges back to Dynamic Bar Code Systems on
returned items, unless otherwise noted.
All
requests for returns must be made within 30 days from the date of the
invoice issued by Dynamic Bar Code Systems.
All
requests for Proof of Delivery must be made within 30 days of the date of
the invoice issued by Dynamic Bar Code Systems.
In order to receive credit,
please
reference your RMA number clearly on the shipping label.
Thermal Printers: Certain Thermal Printers may be subject to a $25.00 restock charge. Please contact us
to determine which printers will have this restock charge. Printers
must be returned in salable condition in the original shipping container
with all manuals, cables and accessories included. Additional charges
may apply for items not in salable condition.
Software: Software must be returned in original
shipping box and must have all CD's and licenses. Certain Software
Packages may be subject to a restock charge. Please contact us
to determine which software packages will have this restock charge.
Thermal Ribbons:
All Sony
Chemicals and Tharo Made to Stock ribbons ordered in error are subject to a
25% restocking charge. All Sony Chemicals Made to Order ribbons ordered in
error are subject to a 50% restocking charge. All other Thermal
Ribbons may be subject to a restock charge. Please contact us
to determine which Thermal Ribbons will have this restock charge.
Custom Thermal Ribbons
are non-returnable unless found to be defective.
Thermal Labels:
All incorrectly ordered thermal labels are
subject to a 25% restocking fee if the product is returned in salable
condition. There are no returns on incorrectly ordered custom labels.
Thermal Print Heads:
There are no returns on incorrectly ordered
thermal print heads.
